A day of spreadsheets, in one question
Ask the way you'd ask a colleague
How did the tournament go? Who stopped coming? Which night does the cash game fill up? Before, each answer took an afternoon of reports and spreadsheets. Now you ask in your own words, in any language, and the AI answers with your club's numbers: as text, a table, a chart or a file to pass along.
Illustrative example: the club, numbers and players are fictional.
312 entries across 6 tournaments, Friday through Sunday. The Main Event alone had 148 entries and R$ 88.800 in prize money, almost half of all the action.

How to connect
Ready in minutes
Already a PokerWeb client? You set it up once on your computer and then use it on your phone too. The video shows the full step-by-step.
- 1Generate your club's keyIn PokerWeb, the administrator generates the access key (API key) and chooses what it can do.
- 2Add it to your AIIn Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add connector. ChatGPT works the same way.
- 3Connect with the keyThe AI gets to see your club's data, and only your club's.
- 4AskOpen a new chat and ask, from your computer or your phone, even by voice message.
What is Smart Connection?
It connects your club's data to the AI you already use, like ChatGPT or Claude. You ask, and the answer comes from your PokerWeb data, even by voice. Free beta version, for clubs and events on every plan.
Does PokerWeb provide the artificial intelligence?
No. Smart Connection links your club's data to the AI you already use (ChatGPT, Claude or another). It's not a chat inside the system and it doesn't use data from other clubs: only your own club's database.
Who controls what the AI can do?
The club administrator. They create each access key, decide whether it can only read or also take permitted actions, and can revoke it anytime.
Is my club's data secure?
Each club has an individual database. No other club has access, and the access keys are created and controlled by your club's administrator.
