Does PokerWeb work for small clubs?

Yes. We have a plan for home games and club plans for every size. Small clubs have been with us for many years.

Do I need to install anything?

No. PokerWeb is 100% online and runs in the browser, from anywhere. The PokerWeb App and GameID are available in the app stores.

How does onboarding work?

Our team handles onboarding with you, trains your staff and supports you through the first weeks of operation. Setup (1st month) is quoted on request and includes onboarding, training and management consulting.

Can I try it before signing up?

PokerWeb isn't just a screen: it's the system, setup, training and ongoing support, and a standalone login shows none of that. That's why we do an open demo: you ask whatever you want and we show you in the system, right then and there. And there's no lock-in or cancellation fee: if it doesn't make sense, you cancel at no cost.

Is there a lock-in or cancellation fee?

No. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. We don't keep clients with contracts, we keep them by running their operation well.

What if the club's internet goes down?

PokerWeb is 100% online: without a connection, the system is unavailable at that moment. The solution clubs use is a second internet connection (fiber plus 4G/5G on a phone or router). If one goes down, the other takes over in seconds, and the cost is small compared to stopping the operation.

I only run tournaments. Is it worth it?

Today you may use part of the system. As business grows, the pain becomes the whole operation: who owes money, how much came in, whether the cashier balanced, bar sales, the cash game. With PokerWeb the path is already there, with no switching systems, migrating data or relearning processes.

Will my staff be able to use it?

Yes. Onboarding is done with our team, with training for the owner, the cashier, the dealers and the front desk. Staff tend to resist when they think it will mean more work, and that is exactly what the training is for.

Is my club's data secure?

Each club has an individual database. No other club has access, and the access keys are created and controlled by your club's administrator.

Is there a bar and restaurant module?

Yes. You register products, open tabs, enter orders and track each player's consumption, with finances integrated into the club's cashier.

How does the system manage the cash game?

Chip buy-ins and cash-outs, tables, waiting list, each player's time at the table, rake and tips. Dealers can also run the table from a tablet with App PokerWeb.

What about tournaments?

Registrations, rebuys and add-ons, tables and balancing, blind structure, prizes and a custom blinds screen on the TV. The director also controls everything by phone, on the App PokerWeb.

Can I control each player's credit limit?

Yes. You set credit limits per player and per module (cash, tournament and bar), and the system alerts the cashier at the moment of sale.

Is there a ranking?

Yes. You set up the scoring and the ranking is calculated automatically after every tournament.

Is there a jackpot?

Yes. The system tracks jackpot collections and payouts, and displays the accumulated amount.

Is there entry control with facial recognition?

Yes. The facial recognition turnstile is integrated with the player's profile in PokerWeb, to control who enters the club.

Does it work with RFID chips?

Yes. PokerWeb works with RFID chips for cash game chip control.

What is PWPay?

It's Pix payments inside PokerWeb. The chip runner, the cashier or the table generates the QR code, the player pays and the amount goes straight into the club's account, already recorded in the system.

Can PWPay also pay out to players?

Right now PWPay is focused on receiving payments: the cashier or chip runner generates the QR code, the player pays with Pix and the money lands in the club's account instantly.

What is GameID?

It's the player app: tournament registration and chip purchases from the phone, with ID-verified sign-up. It's free for the club.

Can I have an app with my club's brand?

Yes. With App White Label, your club, event or home game gets its own app in the stores, with your brand and "powered by GameID". Players are centralized in your app and receive your push notifications, without relying on WhatsApp.

What is Smart Connection?

It connects your club's data to the AI you already use, like ChatGPT or Claude. You ask, and the answer comes from your PokerWeb data, even by voice. Free beta version, for clubs and events on every plan.

Does PokerWeb provide the artificial intelligence?

No. Smart Connection links your club's data to the AI you already use (ChatGPT, Claude or another). It's not a chat inside the system and it doesn't use data from other clubs: only your own club's database.

Who controls what the AI can do?

The club administrator. They create each access key, decide whether it can only read or also take permitted actions, and can revoke it anytime.

What does the Dashboard show?

Your whole club on one screen: retention, who came back, who disappeared, at-risk VIPs, how much rake each player brings in, LTV, cashier and the best time to reach out.

How does the CRM work?

The CRM turns what the Dashboard shows into ready-made contact lists, such as missing players and at-risk VIPs, so your team can bring them back.

Does Home Game include Dashboard, CRM and Smart Connection?

No. Home Game is focused on running the game: tournaments, cash games, players, ranking, basic finances and a custom blinds screen. Dashboard, CRM and Smart Connection are part of PokerWeb Clubs (in PokerWeb Events, Smart Connection).

Does Home Game have a setup fee?

Home Game pricing varies from country to country. Talk to our team and get a proposal, with the same support and onboarding our clubs get.

How much does the system cost for events?

Event plans are quoted on request. Talk to our team and we'll put together a proposal for the size of your event.

How does the system organize an event with multiple legs?

Each leg works as an independent environment: player balances, results and reports are kept separate by leg, and the organizer has control over each one.

How does the cashier work at an event?

Event finances run on individual cashiers: each operator has their own cashier, with cash-ins, cash drops, registrations and payments, closed at the end of the day. The event's overall finances are consolidated at the end.

Is support available every day?

Yes. Support is human, provided every day by people who know live poker operations.

Is PokerWeb a platform for playing poker?

No. PokerWeb is a technology company that builds the management system for people who run live poker home games, clubs and events.

What can you do with the PokerWeb App?

The PokerWeb App has profiles for each role: tournament director, chip runner, waiter, cash dealer and tournament dealer. Each one handles their part from a phone or tablet, in real time with the system.
