Blind structures

Setting up blinds in PokerWeb is quick and complete. Levels can be pre-registered to speed up opening tournaments, including breaks, late registration and predefined blinds that are easy to link.

All information stays accessible inside the tournament and can be edited at any time.

Item structures

In PokerWeb, creating tournament items is simple and complete. The system lets you set up every product sold at the cashier, such as buy-in, re-entries, rebuys and add-ons, defining prices, chip amounts and any admin fees or taxes.

You can also set purchase limits per player, for more control and transparency during the event.

Tournament creation

In PokerWeb, creating tournaments is fully flexible. You can use preconfigured structures, choose whether the tournament is a single-day event or a qualifier with a final day, and set the date and time of each day.

Tournament registration

In PokerWeb, players can register directly at the cashier, paying with the method set by the club. The system shows the different payment methods the club has registered, bringing more flexibility and organization to the operation.

Automatic table and seat

Once the purchase is confirmed, PokerWeb automatically generates the player's table and seat ticket. This eliminates manual seat draws, speeds up service at the cage and ensures a fair, transparent seat assignment.

Blinds screens

PokerWeb's blinds screens are fully customizable by the club: you can edit levels, times and breaks directly in the tournament setup or during play. The system lets you save level presets for reuse and adjust the blinds in real time as the event requires.

Screens can be shown on the room's TVs easily — by HDMI cable using devices with a switch, or over the internet, when available, through sync codes that need no cabling. This lets you control the screens centrally (or from the management app) and update information live on multiple displays, keeping things visible and organized for players and staff.

Payouts

PokerWeb automatically calculates the tournament payouts based on the parameters set by the club. You can set the number of places paid, percentage or fixed amounts, and also record additional prizes. The system generates the distribution quickly and accurately, with full transparency.

Ranking

Integrated with the tournament module, the ranking updates automatically based on ITM or eliminations. The club can use its own scoring formulas, apply multipliers and award bonus points for participation. All information is recorded and clearly displayed, so you can follow player performance throughout the season.

Tournament finance

The entire tournament cashier is connected to the finance module. You can record expenses, track total collections, and see rake, admin fees and amounts set aside for prizes.

Opening the operation

For each day of operation, the system lets you open the cash game session with an initial count of the chip bank. Every transaction is recorded to keep things organized and secure.

Player registration

Players can be added at the cashier or directly through the app at the tables. Every chip purchase is linked to the player, with payment methods set by the club. The system also tracks chip returns and payouts to players.

Finance and reconciliation

Throughout the session, the system keeps a running comparison between chips in play and cash in the cage, so you can reconcile regularly. At the end, all history is saved, for full transparency.

Player registration

Complete player registration with configurable required fields, so all the important information stays centralized in the system.

Consumption

Tracking of each player's consumption in your home game, for cash game and tournament purchases.

List and search

Quick lookup of all registered players, with filters and search tools to make daily operations easier.

Statement and balances

Each player has a financial statement in the system, with tracking of positive or negative balances, transactions and full history.

Points setup

PokerWeb's ranking module is fully flexible. The club can use fixed points, PokerWeb's own custom formulas or even submit its own custom formula to apply to the tournaments.

Automatic integration with tournaments

Points are awarded automatically based on ITM finishes or eliminations, with no manual entries. This keeps things fast and eliminates data-entry errors.

Advanced features

You can create merged rankings, apply multipliers and award bonus points for participation, customizing each season or tournament series to the club's rules.

Ranking prizes

The system lets you link prizes to the ranking, making it easier to follow the race and keeping players motivated.

Recording and tracking amounts

PokerWeb's financial module centralizes all of the club's transactions in detailed statements, with fast lookups and advanced filters. Every recorded amount is linked to the corresponding cashier, ensuring organization and transparency.

PWPay and scheduled bank payments

The PWPay integration lets you make and receive instant payments right in the system, with no manual reconciliation. You can also schedule banking transactions, such as transfers and recurring payments, automating processes and making financial management more efficient.

Cost center

You can create custom cost centers, linking revenue and expenses to different areas of the club (such as tournaments, cash games, bar and restaurant). This shows clearly where the biggest costs are and which activities bring in the most revenue.

Payment methods

The system lets you register and manage multiple payment methods accepted by the club, such as cash, card, transfers and internal credit. Each transaction is recorded with the payment method used, making reconciliation and reporting easier.
