Blind structures

Setting up blinds in PokerWeb is quick and complete. Levels can be pre-registered to speed up opening tournaments, including breaks, late registration and predefined blinds that are easy to link.

All information stays accessible inside the tournament and can be edited at any time.

Item structures

In PokerWeb, creating tournament items is simple and complete. The system lets you set up every product sold at the cashier, such as buy-in, re-entries, rebuys and add-ons, defining prices, chip amounts and any admin fees or taxes.

You can also set purchase limits per player, for more control and transparency during the event.

Tournament creation

In PokerWeb, creating tournaments is fully flexible. You can use preconfigured structures, choose whether the tournament is a single-day event or a qualifier with a final day, and set the date and time of each day.

Tournament registration

In PokerWeb, players can register directly at the cashier, paying with the method set by the club. The system shows the different payment methods the club has registered, bringing more flexibility and organization to the operation.

Automatic table and seat

Once the purchase is confirmed, PokerWeb automatically generates the player's table and seat ticket. This eliminates manual seat draws, speeds up service at the cage and ensures a fair, transparent seat assignment.

Blinds screens

PokerWeb's blinds screens are fully customizable by the club: you can edit levels, times and breaks directly in the tournament setup or during play. The system lets you save level presets for reuse and adjust the blinds in real time as the event requires.

Screens can be shown on the room's TVs easily — by HDMI cable using devices with a switch, or over the internet, when available, through sync codes that need no cabling. This lets you control the screens centrally (or from the management app) and update information live on multiple displays, keeping things visible and organized for players and staff.

Payouts

PokerWeb automatically calculates the tournament payouts based on the parameters set by the club. You can set the number of places paid, percentage or fixed amounts, and also record additional prizes. The system generates the distribution quickly and accurately, with full transparency.

Ranking

Integrated with the tournament module, the ranking updates automatically based on ITM or eliminations. The club can use its own scoring formulas, apply multipliers and award bonus points for participation. All information is recorded and clearly displayed, so you can follow player performance throughout the season.

Chip runner (table sales)

In PokerWeb, the club has the chip runner feature, so staff can sell chips directly at the tables from their phones. The system records these transactions in real time, links them to the tournament cashier and gives you full control over chips sold and payments received. This speeds up the operation and cuts lines at the cashier, making things easier for both the club and the players.

Tournament finance

The entire tournament cashier is connected to the finance module. You can record expenses, track total collections, and see rake, admin fees and amounts set aside for prizes.

Chip count

In qualifier tournaments, PokerWeb offers a dedicated field to record players' chip counts at the end of each day. This information is saved in the system and automatically carried over to Day 2 or the Final Day, ensuring organization, accuracy and full transparency in tracking the tournament.

App PokerWeb - Tournament management

The PokerWeb app gives the club full control of tournaments right from a phone. Through the app you can quickly sell buy-ins, rebuys, re-entries and add-ons without relying solely on the cashier. Plus, the system generates a QR code so the player can pay instantly.

The app also lets you manage tournament tables in real time: move players between tables, eliminate players, break tables or even run a full redraw. All fully integrated, for speed and accuracy.

Another essential feature is blind level control. From the app you can start, pause, advance or go back levels, and manage the blinds screen shown to players, making the staff's job easier throughout the tournament.

Opening the operation

For each day of operation, the system lets you open the cash game session with an initial count of the chip bank. Every transaction is recorded to keep things organized and secure.

Player registration

Players can be added at the cashier or directly through the app at the tables. Every chip purchase is linked to the player, with payment methods set by the club. The system also tracks chip returns and payouts to players.

Table and game type management

PokerWeb lets you manage multiple tables and different game types, such as Texas Hold'em, Omaha and Dealer's Choice. Information is displayed in real time, making it easy to oversee the operation.

Time tracking

Through the PokerWeb app, dealers can record and track each player's time at the table, enabling accurate reports by hours played and consumption.

Reservations and waiting list

The system has a reservations screen to organize waiting players, avoiding confusion and making it easier to fill tables.

Chip runner in the Cash Game

In PokerWeb, the chip runner is the person who sells chips directly at the tables through the PokerWeb app. From their phone, they can select the player, choose the payment method and record the chip purchase in real time. Once confirmed, the chips are handed to the player immediately, with the whole operation integrated into the system.

Besides sales, the chip runner can change a player's table and even complete a full registration right in the app, for much more speed and fewer trips to the cage.

Finance and reconciliation

Throughout the session, the system keeps a running comparison between chips in play and cash in the cage, so you can reconcile regularly. At the end, all history is saved, for full transparency.

Product and inventory registration

Every product can be registered in the system with prices, categories and available quantities. Inventory updates automatically with each sale, ensuring accuracy and preventing losses.

Sales and tabs

Orders are simple to place, either at the cashier terminal or with mobile tabs. Each player's consumption can be linked to their profile, making it easy to settle the bill at the end of the session.

Orders through the PokerWeb app

Besides sales at the cashier, staff can use the PokerWeb app to take orders right at the player's table. This speeds up service and makes sure consumption is recorded in the system immediately.

Integration with finance

All bar and restaurant transactions are automatically integrated into the club's finance module, enabling detailed reports on consumption, sales and costs.

Live operation

Track the operation in real time: open tables, active players, table occupancy, rake, tips, total bought in and cashed out. Click a table to see who's playing.

Retention and frequency

See how many players are active, how many came back and how many stopped playing in the period, compared with the previous period.

Cost center

You can create custom cost centers, linking revenue and expenses to different areas of the club (such as tournaments, cash games, bar and restaurant). This shows clearly where the biggest costs are and which activities bring in the most revenue.

Payment methods

The system lets you register and manage multiple payment methods accepted by the club, such as cash, card, transfers and internal credit. Each transaction is recorded with the payment method used, making reconciliation and reporting easier.

Digital player registration

GameID lets players sign up with the club or event online, sending their information directly through the app. The club receives the registration for validation, making the check-in process secure and convenient.

Once approved, the player is linked to the club and can access all the public information made available, such as running tournaments, results and rankings.

Purchases and payments

Through the GameID app, players can make purchases, such as registrations and re-entries, according to the club's permissions. The system generates payment QR codes integrated with PWPay, making transactions fast and secure.

Event support

Players can follow all of the club's events right in the app, see detailed information and get real-time updates.
